DriveWhip is a mobility provider in Washington, DC with offices in multiple cities including Atlanta. We lease/rent vehicles to Uber, Lyft and other rideshare drivers. As a ground‑floor member of an exciting new company, associates will tackle a variety of responsibilities within a fast‑paced, startup culture.

Position Summary You’re the first face our customers see, the friendly voice that guides them, and the problem‑solver who keeps everything running smoothly. As a Customer Experience Rockstar you provide top‑note service, help drivers get behind the wheel, and ensure every rental experience is stress‑free and smooth.
From handling bookings to solving rental hiccups and keeping our fleet in check you juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping things fun and efficient. You’ll also work closely with our service team and managers to ensure drivers always have the ride they need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Help rideshare drivers find the perfect vehicle for their needs
Manage and maintain the fleet to keep cars road‑ready
Problem‑solve and assist drivers with any issues they face
Keep operations running smoothly in a fun, startup atmosphere
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools
Detail‑oriented accuracy in handling documents
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
High school diploma or GED required; admin/logistics experience is a plus
Must be 21+, pass background & drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
Physical Demands
Ability to sit and use typical desktop computing workspace equipment for extended periods
Manual dexterity to operate a desktop workstation
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using virtual tools such as email, Google Meet, and Slack
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, if required

Salary $48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
