Organize and lead vendor days across assigned territory, including Rochester, Buffalo, and Binghamton Provide training to dispensary staff on product knowledge, cannabinoids, and brand values Build strong relationships with store managers and budtenders to drive sales and reorder activity Engage directly with consumers to enhance brand awareness and loyalty Report feedback, insights, and opportunities to the sales and marketing teams What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be 21 years or older and adhere to all state cannabis regulations Strong passion and knowledge about the cannabis industry and products Exceptional communication and people skills Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
