Overview
In 1957, Pine Hills opened for play in Hickley, OH. The course is consistently rated as one of the premier public facilities in Northern Ohio for both its course conditions and customer service. Pine Hills is located 25 minutes South of Cleveland and 30 minutes North of Akron. Pine Hills is a unique facility from the ownership group through our tee sheet structure.
Over the past several years, Pine Hills has added a small practice area with chipping green and two indoor Trackman Golf Simulators for the winter months.
Experience Required
Prefer an individual with 1+ years of experience
High School Diploma
Customer service oriented
Experience with Golf Genius, GHIN and MS Word and Excel a plus
Social media knowledge
Essential Responsibilities
Help in the supervision and management of all daily golf operations
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Uphold all rules and regulations as stated in the PHGC staff handbook
Assist in ordering, receiving, displaying and selling of shop merchandise
Assist in supervision and training of the Golf Shop and Outside Operations Staff as directed by the Head Golf Professional
Provide golf instructions to individuals and groups
Assist in running outside tournaments using Golf Genius
Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
Assist in utilizing the foreUp POS system to maximize rounds played
Assist in different marketing aspects for the course
