✍ Short Description We’re seeking an

Account Manager

with familiarity in

WordPress

and

Shopify

to own client relationships, communicate clearly, and ensure clients feel confident in the process and results. You’ll be the primary point of contact, coordinating between project managers and developers, reviewing deliverables, and overseeing requests, timelines, budgets, and hours across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Build trust through clear, consistent, and proactive communication

Coordinate with project managers and developers to move requests forward

Review deliverables (pages, changes, fixes) before sharing with clients

Track client requests, timelines, budgets, and hours across projects

Anticipate client needs and flag risks or opportunities for smoother operations

Keep internal communication organized and well documented (notes, tasks, follow‑ups)

✅ Qualifications (Must Haves)

2+ years of experience managing clients or accounts (agency or services environment preferred)

Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills

Familiarity with web development (WordPress and Shopify preferred)

Comfortable using tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace

Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and think clearly under pressure

Excellent English with a professional, client‑friendly tone

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing website maintenance or digital/web projects

Understanding of basic web terminology, CMS workflows, and QA

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking requests

Previous agency experience handling multiple clients at once
