Sales Support Coordinator – Merchant Services
Location:
West Des Moines, IA or Irving, TX
Pay:
$26–$27 /hr
Work Schedule:
Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (remote days require dual monitor setup)
Overview:
The Sales Support Coordinator will support sales and operational functions within the Merchant Services payment processing and point‑of‑sale domain. Responsibilities include validating merchant account requests, supporting merchant client onboarding, and ensuring seamless coordination between Account Managers, Sales, Ops, and internal processing systems.
Responsibilities:
Support merchant services/POS sales operations, proactively identifying process improvement opportunities.
Interact with client‑facing teams, particularly Account Managers and Sales.
Process, validate, and manage merchant onboarding requests, including data entry, accuracy validation, and update communication.
Coordinate delivery of products, tools, and transaction processing items related to merchant accounts.
Manage updates to product and pricing details with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and business acumen in all interactions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Merchant services experience, such as payments, credit cards, end‑to‑end payment processing, merchant account management, merchant onboarding, and understanding of POS, services, tools, and systems.
Experience and business acumen interacting with Sales and AMs in a fast‑paced environment.
