We’re expanding into
Southern Europe
and are hiring
two Account Executives
to help build our presence in the Spanish and Italian markets.
This is a role for
entrepreneurial sales profiles
who want to
build a region , not just run a book of business. While we already have customers and active partners in both Spain and Italy, the market is still at an early stage, with significant room to grow. You’ll be responsible for turning that early traction into consistent pipeline and long-term revenue.
You’ll focus on
hunting new opportunities , opening doors, and closing deals, while working closely with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Partners to support pipeline creation and deal execution. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers—from hands‑on managers to C‑level leaders—and position Neptune Software as a long‑term solution, not just a product.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys
autonomy, responsibility, and building a market , and who wants visibility and career progression as the region grows. If you’re motivated by creating momentum, owning your territory, and being part of something early, this role offers a clear path to grow with the business.

Lisbon (Remote)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software sales experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or digital transformation solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving new business and consistently achieving or exceeding targets in a quota‑carrying role.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision‑makers in B2B enterprise accounts.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the
Spanish or Italian B2B software market , ideally within enterprise application development or digital transformation.
Familiarity with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of current software technologies, trends, and licensing models.
Experience working with or selling into the
SAP ecosystem
is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools (SFDC/Hubspot) and sales analytics to guide decision‑making.
Comfortable collaborating across functions (Marketing, Product, Pre‑Sales, Channel).
Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers in a defined territory across Southern Europe, focusing on building a high‑quality pipeline.
Partner with Marketing to execute regional demand generation campaigns and events.
Lead strategic outreach efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate meetings and new opportunities.
Represent Neptune Software at relevant local events, user groups, and trade shows to enhance visibility and capture leads.
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with prospects through consistent, value‑led communication.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations with support from Pre‑Sales, tailored to customer pain points and business goals.
Navigate the entire sales cycle—from discovery to negotiation and closing—ensuring accuracy and velocity.
Work closely with internal teams to feedback market insights and continuously improve our go‑to‑market strategy.
