About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our staffing team. This role is heavily focused on outbound cold calling and acquiring new logos, working closely with the CEO to drive business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by introducing our staffing solutions to new companies and generating qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate is persistent, energetic, confident, and able to speak with decision-makers over the phone, and is excited about building new client relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to potential clients across various industries, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
Work closely with the CEO to align outreach strategy, target accounts, messaging, and pipeline priorities
Clearly and persuasively present staffing services to generate interest and secure meetings or discovery calls
Own the top‑of‑funnel sales motion, driving new business through consistent outbound activity
Build, manage, and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects through structured outreach and follow‑up
Identify client needs, pain points, and hiring challenges, and align them with relevant staffing solutions
Log and track all calls, activities, and leads in the CRM to maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records
Partner with sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Design, own, and continuously refine outbound and sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates
Manage the full sales cycle for new logos, from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing
Lead proactive lead‑generation efforts across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing (tech or staffing experience preferred)
Strong persuasion, objection‑handling, and negotiation skills over the phone
Comfortable with daily cold calling and high‑volume outreach
Resilient, goal‑oriented, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
Self‑motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus, but not required
