Your Role
Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform and your own network
Introduce MLR opportunities to prospects and assess their interest
Facilitate appointments between candidates and recruiters for thorough evaluations
Follow up with potential leads to keep them engaged and assist them in their hiring journey
Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on your successful setups, interviews, and hires derived from your connections
Requirements for Success
