Territory Sales Professional – Entry Level Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for an entry‑level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business through in‑person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses. The role focuses on new client acquisition and retention and offers comprehensive training and a results‑based schedule.

Position Overview This outside sales role requires you to manage your own territory, meet face‑to‑face with business owners, present supplemental insurance products, and grow a client portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

Use a customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow the client base within your territory.

Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.

Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.

Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and teammates.

Visit new businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and re‑service existing clients.

Manage a personal client portfolio.

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets in collaboration with your manager.

Plan and submit weekly schedules for approval.

Record daily activity and sales updates.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Hold an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Maintain or be willing to obtain an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state.

Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of post‑high‑school work experience (candidates within six months of graduation or with relevant sales or athletic background are considered).

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range $65,000–$90,000 per year.

Weekly draw pay, commissions with no caps and a short sales cycle of 3 business days.

Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock‑share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
