Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

Provide support to the Sales Director or Executive Director for tours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Conduct weekly email or telephone outreach as directed.

Assist with implementation of the Care Connect program to welcome new residents and families.

Organize and ensure timely processing of billing and other business documents related to resident support.

Maintain accurate lead and client files; keep Yardi up to date.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an administrative role within a business environment (preferred).

Proficiency with computer technology and a demonstrated ability to learn new software efficiently.
