Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance daily, responding to resident requests via the work order program (plumbing, electrical, appliance issues).
Conduct daily bulb walk‑through inspections to ensure all public area light bulbs are operational.
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Organize storage and equipment areas.
Execute painting projects in common and office areas as required.
Qualifications
Experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred; knowledge of minor repair techniques for structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and HVAC systems required.
Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is helpful.
