We’re seeking a Marketing Strategist to partner closely with the Vice President of Marketing in shaping and executing bold, innovative strategies that elevate our brands and drive measurable growth.
This role is designed for a creative thinker and strategic doer — someone who can brainstorm with the marketing team, bring fresh ideas to the table, and transform them into high-impact marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate across social, web, and digital platforms to ensure every campaign connects with our audiences and fuels results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ideation for campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand. Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and manage marketing programs across digital, content, and event channels. Partner with our social media strategist and web developer to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging and visuals. Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize for continuous improvement. Contribute to brand storytelling, positioning, and voice across all touchpoints. Support marketing operations and project management to ensure flawless execution. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify what drives results and inform strategies for consistent growth. Optimize the marketing tech stack — including HubSpot, Shopify, and key integrations (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Mailchimp, Impact). Maintain clean, connected data across platforms to ensure full-funnel visibility, accurate attribution, and seamless lead flow between Marketing and Sales. Build automated workflows for lifecycle, retention, and reactivation campaigns across email and SMS. Develop dashboards, analyze performance metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion, ROI), and report insights on what’s working (and what’s not) to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or digital campaign leadership. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong balance of creative vision and analytical skills. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities. Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, project management tools). Experience managing marketing initiatives on Amazon (eCommerce strategy, AMS campaigns, A+ content, and product listings).
