Your Role As our Senior Marketing Strategist, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing and shaping our brand presence. This is a unique chance to contribute creatively and strategically while playing a critical role in a fast‑growing team. You’ll be the driving force behind brand consistency, creative campaigns, and cross‑channel marketing efforts—all with the opportunity to take ownership and see your ideas come to life.
What You’ll Do
Shape and Maintain Our Brand:
Help develop and uphold brand guidelines that ensure a cohesive identity across all channels—online and offline.
Lead & Collaborate:
Act as a go‑to team player, working closely with content creators, digital marketers, sales, and leadership to execute marketing initiatives with confidence.
Create Engaging Content:
Develop compelling visuals, graphics, social media content, and written materials that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand.
Market Insights:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform and refine our branding strategy.
Ensure Brand Consistency:
Regularly audit our brand touchpoints, identify improvements, and implement creative solutions to strengthen our market presence.
Develop & Execute Campaigns:
Partner with digital marketing and sales teams to design and deliver integrated campaigns—think email, social, digital ads, and more—that drive results.
Measure & Optimize:
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with recruitment, IT, vendors, and leadership to ensure our brand messaging aligns with business goals and audience expectations.
Who You Are
A proactive marketing professional with a background in brand management, digital marketing, or related roles.
At least 3–5 years of experience, with a successful track record of executing campaigns and managing brand initiatives.
Skilled in digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative, problem‑solving, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus but not required—you’re eager to learn and grow!
