STYL Residential is looking for an experienced Property Manager to provide outstanding leadership, innovation, and financial acumen at our Elan at Bluffview community in Dallas, TX.

Job Summary Property Managers are the cornerstone of our team. They are responsible for building motivated and trustworthy teams who consistently deliver a higher level of service to residents. The Property Manager is tasked with maximizing operating performance of the community and executing business plans.
Essential Job Functions
Oversee all operations of the community, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, collections, evictions, and marketing.
Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, and reputation.
Drive revenues by analyzing competition and developing creative marketing outreach.
Develop, manage, mentor, and lead a high‑performing leasing and maintenance team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
Attract, train, and retain top talent through interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching, and progressive discipline.
Oversee the sales process and provide exceptional tour experiences for prospective residents.
Utilize and maintain a Customer Relationship Management database for follow‑up with current and prospective renters.
Maintain positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow‑up.
Prepare, manage, and maintain all aspects of the community budget and finances.
Ensure leasing/marketing goals are met and hold daily meetings with leasing and maintenance teams.
Perform property inspections and walk the property regularly.
Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and prioritize ongoing projects.
Maintain positive relations with community vendors, oversee payables, and process invoices in a timely manner.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience
5 or more years of multifamily property management experience is required.
2 or more years of experience as a Property Manager is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Proficiency with property management system RealPage or similar is required.
Financial acumen and prior experience creating and operating within a budget is preferred.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation may be required based on property needs.
