In this role, you will significantly impact the growth of strategic partnerships with technology platforms and developers across the UK and Ireland markets. Accountabilities
Building robust account plans to maximize opportunities with tier 1 and 2 ISV and strategic partners
Applying a solution sales methodology to retain and grow valuable partnerships
Developing and maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships internally and externally
Operating a consultative and analytical approach to maximize revenue opportunities
Leading complex commercial negotiations to achieve the best outcomes
Advocating for the 'One Elavon' proposition in collaboration with other segments
Maintaining awareness of the payment market and identifying business opportunities
Achieving agreed sales objectives on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in new business acquisition with proven target achievement
Well‑developed skills in complex partnership development
Broad commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
5+ years of experience in a payments role with a background in acquiring and payment solutions
Experience in launching new partnerships collaboratively with product and marketing teams
Knowledge of payment ecosystems and technology platform roles
