The compensation range for this position is between $115,000-$100,000

SUMMARY The Senior Performance Support Manager (Senior PSM) serves as a strategic partner to Vice Presidents and operational leadership, driving visibility, accountability, and performance across core business functions. This role plays a central part in connecting field operations to enterprise goals by overseeing financial translation, project oversight, initiative tracking, and best practice implementation.

The Senior PSM will lead critical initiatives and play a key role in institutionalizing systems, tools, and processes that support long-term business sustainability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a key liaison to leadership, supporting operational decision-making with timely and accurate financial insights, performance metrics, and project analysis.

Partner with operational and centralized teams to track progress against the company's strategic pillars, including client value, growth, operations, talent, and financial performance.

Provide executive-ready summaries of key initiatives, risks, and business outcomes.

Lead or support cross-functional initiatives across budgeting, process improvement, system implementations, or business transformation efforts.

Support monthly forecast reviews and contribute to budget cycles through data preparation and performance analysis.

Translate financial data into operational insights and partner with leaders to improve profitability, resource efficiency, and workload balance.

Develop and maintain project dashboards, milestone trackers, and performance reporting tools.

Ensure progress against deadlines and alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with corporate and regional stakeholders to ensure integrity and alignment of performance scorecards and KPIs.

Facilitate metric pre-alignment with operational leaders ahead of monthly or bi-weekly forums to reduce debate and improve clarity.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Required:

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Preferred:

A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Engineering or related field or experience equivalent to position.

Preferred:

Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering.

Experience 5-7 Year(s) Experience in Project Management, Financial Analysis, Operations Support or business consulting.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PMP certification preferred.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING Training in Accounting and Project Management systems used within Pike will be required. The time requirement for training will vary.

LANGUAGE SKILLS A. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

B. Ability to write reports, Business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

C. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATH MATHEMATICAL SKILLS A. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret spreadsheets.

B. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
