Company Background The Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) is a multi‑faceted organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting soccer participation and growth in Houston, TX, and beyond. The Club’s brands include men's and women's professional teams – the Houston Dynamo (MLS) and Houston Dash (NWSL), a development academy, Houston Dynamo Dash Charities, as well as Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park. The Club has a rich history, including MLS Cup titles (2006, 2007) and in‑season tournament championships for both the Dynamo (2018) and Dash (2020). Position Summary Houston Dash and Houston Dynamo FC are seeking Street Team Brand Ambassador candidates who will support the growth of the Dash and Dynamo brands throughout the city of Houston. This role will help bring the brands to life by assisting with key club events, brand‑growth grassroots initiatives, and match‑day activations. Street Team members will work closely with the Fan Engagement and Event Presentation Departments, as well as other departments, to execute various match‑day experiences and external community events. We are seeking someone who is committed to growing the game of soccer from the grassroots level and bringing fan experiences to life for our fans on match day. This is an opportunity to grow with us in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment while expressing a real passion for soccer, the Houston community, and Houston Dash and Houston Dynamo FC.

Duties & Responsibilities

Enthusiastically interact and communicate with fans at Houston Dynamo FC and Dash matches, as well as at community and sponsor events.

Assist in the set‑up and breakdown of interactive event activations.

Provide superb customer service on match days and at community events.

Display excitement about the organization and knowledge of upcoming initiatives.

Help with the execution, activation, and breakdown of all pre‑match events prior to all home matches.

Assist as match‑day crew in all game‑day production and on‑field entertainment.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

High School Diploma required.

Experience working in fan‑facing and/or promotional events.

Ability to work long, irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Ability to work independently to complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision.

Ability to maintain professionalism and communicate effectively in high‑pressure situations.

Ability to work well with different personalities in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to attend all training sessions and staff meetings.

Have a working knowledge of U.S. and international soccer – preferred, not required.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred, not required.

Must have a good driving record and valid Texas driver’s license and a reliable source of transportation.

Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
