Base Pay $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Coordinator to own and execute our marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands local service‑based marketing, digital lead generation, and brand building—especially within the automotive, off‑road, or performance industries.
You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and supporting long‑term growth through strategic and tactical marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage digital marketing channels including Google Business Profile, website content, SEO, and paid ads.
Oversee social media marketing, including content planning and performance tracking.
Create and manage promotional campaigns for services such as alignments, suspension repair, lift kits, and performance upgrades.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI).
Coordinate branding, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.
Manage email marketing, customer follow‑ups, and review generation strategies.
Work closely with ownership to align marketing efforts with operational priorities.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and service‑based marketing.
Experience with social media advertising and paid search campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Automotive, off‑road, racing, or enthusiast‑industry experience is strongly preferred.
Self‑starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
