Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
Manage accounts and set them up for success
Negotiate rates and manage contracts with customers and carriers
Coordinate shipments
Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership
What we're looking for Driven, experienced, and relationship-focused
25+ years of cradle to grave freight brokerage experience
$300k/month+ revenue - $30k/month+ gross margin
Proven sales and relationship-building success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
Ability to manage customer and carrier relationships
