7 years of experience in animation production, with at least 3 years in a management role Proven experience in leading and optimizing creative team processes Solid understanding of 2D animation workflows and tools, such as Adobe After Effects Experience managing multiple creative stakeholders Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello
