Support the planning and execution of global marketing strategies for dental implant products
Assist in the development of marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations, digital content, and training materials)
Coordinate global marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
Support international exhibitions, dental congresses, and seminars (planning, materials, and follow-up)
Collect and analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Collaborate with clinical, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate product messaging
Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and distributors
Support dealer onboarding, training, and ongoing sales activities
Track dealer sales performance, forecasts, and inventory status
Assist in preparing sales reports, pricing proposals, and contracts
Coordinate order processing, shipment schedules, and post-sales support with internal teams
Help resolve dealer inquiries related to products, marketing, logistics, or documentation
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international dealers and key partners
Support KOL engagement and educational programs in collaboration with dealers
Act as a bridge between global partners and internal departments
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in global marketing, international sales, or B2B sales (medical device or dental industry preferred)
Strong interest in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
Willingness to travel as needed
