Job Overview
Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Hibu offers uncapped commissions with a base salary and full benefits. Year 1 on‑target earnings are between $90,000‑$100,000, with potential to grow to $100,000‑$120,000 in Year 2. Responsibilities
Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects. Build strong client relationships working across a wide variety of industries. Benefits & Culture
