ABOUT THE ROLE AdGem, a part of AdAction, is one of the fastest‑growing rewarded advertising platforms in the market, driving premium engagement for mobile apps, loyalty programs, and consumer brands. As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our Publisher Partnerships team to strengthen and grow relationships with the mobile publishers and loyalty platforms that power the AdGem network.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Publisher Partnerships to manage, optimize, and grow long‑term publisher relationships across our global supply base. You will serve as the day‑to‑day owner of a portfolio of publisher accounts, ensuring strong monetization performance, driving optimization initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as a trusted operational and strategic partner.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytically minded, highly organized, curious about ad tech and mobile monetization, and motivated to build strong partnership relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES Publisher Performance & Growth

Own a portfolio of publisher accounts and be accountable for revenue retention, growth, and supply health

Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s monetization goals, traffic mix, audience behavior, and optimization levers

Monitor inventory performance and implement ongoing optimization to improve eCPM, fill rate, EPC, conversion rate, and user quality

Identify and execute expansion opportunities including additional placements, new formats, GEO expansion, product adoption, and technical integrations

Track pacing and performance trends across your accounts to ensure consistency and scalability

Support quarterly and monthly forecasting for assigned partners

Strategic Partnership Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for publisher stakeholders — from partner managers to monetization owners and technical operators

Lead regular performance syncs and strategic planning sessions

Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations

Proactively manage risks such as declining engagement, policy issues, fraud signals, or shifting partner priorities

Advocate for publisher needs internally while balancing AdGem business goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Finance teams to support partner success

Coordinate post onboarding and post integration support for new publisher launches

Provide structured feedback from partners to inform future product and platform improvements

Work with Finance on commercial terms alignment, billing questions, and growth-ready contract structures

Market & Category Expertise

Build strong knowledge of rewarded advertising, offerwalls, loyalty monetization, and mobile app growth

Stay current on platform policy changes, attribution shifts, privacy updates, and market dynamics

Represent AdGem professionally in select partner meetings and industry conversations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1–4+ years of experience in account management with a preference for experience in adtech, mobile monetization, publisher management, or performance marketing

Proven success managing and growing relationships with measurable revenue retention and expansion.

Foundational understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPA, EPC, eCPM, CTR, conversion rate, LTV, retention, and ROAS

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Proficiency with data and reporting tools required

Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort presenting to both day‑to‑day operators and senior stakeholders.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Willingness to travel for key partnership meetings and industry events.

Located in the Denver, Chicago, or Austin areas.

On Target Earnings Range: $90,000 – $130,000 (Actual compensation will depend on experience and performance.)
