Responsibilities

Develop and execute joint partner business plans to meet and exceed growth and margin targets.

Achieve or exceed target revenues, gross margin, and key performance indicators.

Formulate business initiatives based on market and industry factors and produce accurate forecasts.

Lead partner enablement, demand generation, account mapping, and other initiatives to increase pipeline and close revenue.

Support sales territory planning with Crestron end‑user teams and channel teams.

Implement product launch programs within specified channels and drive product placement and business management.

Coordinate end‑user focused channel marketing and sales activities.

Become knowledgeable on all Crestron products and applications sold through the channels in the territory.

Deliver product and sales training to channel partners to develop sales opportunities.

Identify and pursue new opportunities with appropriate partner relationships.

Maintain accurate account records for efficient management.

Inform management of issues and trends affecting business outcomes and team success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 5 years of AV industry sales experience, including selling hardware, conferencing, or communication solutions to distributors, resellers, value‑added resellers, service providers, or carriers.

Proven ability to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Strong relationship building with executive or management personnel (internal and external).

Understanding of Crestron core solutions; knowledge of unified communications software/hardware preferred.

Experience writing, implementing, and tracking a well‑prepared sales plan.

Strong aptitude for leveraging technology and software tools to optimize performance.

Successful group presentation experience is essential.

Results‑oriented self‑starter, energetic, determined to succeed, and entrepreneurial in approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.

Ability to travel up to 60 % and have a valid U.S. driver’s license for travel throughout the territory (TN, AL, MS, FL Panhandle).

Must reside within the sales territory (Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama).
