The Management Training Program is a top-tier, proven leadership development program designed for recent and upcoming college graduates to immerse you in the business and develop the next generation of leaders for a thriving, nationwide leading Electrical Solutions & Engineering Consulting organization with over 750 locations across the country. Through hands‑on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the business and be ready to step into an internal leadership role immediately upon completion of the two‑year program.
What You’ll Experience
Rotations across core functions
such as Project Management, Technical Sales, Logistics, Inventory Control, Business Development, Warehouse & Business Operations, Purchasing, and more.
Mentorship sessions
with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
Travel
to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
Structured coursework
in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation
Who is this for?
Recent/Upcoming graduates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Those who are willing to relocate and travel during the program
