About the Role The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, serving as a primary liaison between the company and its clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, engineering) to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders

Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and help drive upselling/cross-selling strategies

Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful order fulfillment and issue resolution

Monitor account performance, margins, and contract terms to ensure profitability

Prepare account reviews, usage reports, and customer feedback analysis

Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and escalations with a sense of urgency

Travel as needed (approximately 10-15%) to client sites for relationship management or issue resolution

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B account management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related fields

Proven track record of managing large accounts and maintaining high client satisfaction

Experience working with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, operations, customer service)

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
