We’re seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative focused on New Business Development to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients needing staffing services through research, cold calls, and networking.
Use CRM tools to track and manage prospects, leads, and follow‑up activities.
Sales Presentations and Pitches:
Present staffing solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the staffing agency’s services.
Tailor pitches based on the client’s specific hiring needs and pain points.
Sales Quotas and Targets:
Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets by generating revenue through new contracts, placements, and staffing solutions.
Measure and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
Market and Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market demands, and competitive staffing agencies.
Use this knowledge to guide sales strategies and offer the best solutions to clients.
Essential Skills
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and colleagues.
Sales Acumen : Understanding of sales processes and ability to close meetings.
CRM Software Proficiency : Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and sales activities.
Problem Solving : Ability to understand clients’ staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
Organization : Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities simultaneously.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred.
Previous sales experience, especially in staffing, human resources, or recruitment, is highly preferred.
Experience in using CRM tools and other sales software.
