Heading up the BAS/BMS Division in NY $120K–$200K+ (Base + Commission)

Are you a results‑driven sales professional with experience in

HVAC or Building Automation ? Join a

leading smart building solutions provider

serving the

K‑12 and public‑sector market across New York State .

You’ll play a key role in driving growth, developing lasting client relationships, and delivering innovative, energy‑efficient building solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage relationships with K‑12 and institutional clients.

Leverage your technical knowledge to develop accurate proposals and estimates.

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility leaders on system design and integration.

Manage a mix of capital and service projects, from small retrofits to large‑scale installations.

What You Bring

3+ years of proven success in

HVAC or Building Automation sales .

Ability to walk through buildings, assess scope, and create detailed proposals.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of controls systems and HVAC equipment.

(Bonus) Experience with

EcoStruxure

or similar platforms.
