WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS As a Inside Sales Representative, you will engage new and existing customers, educate them on our product lines, and close deals by proactively following up on leads. You will collaborate closely with our outside sales team and support staff to deliver solutions that improve customer operations. Mastery of incentive programs and financing options ensures the best value for our customers.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Knowledge of current agricultural issues

Flexible hours including weekends as needed

Physical ability to safe operate & transport equipment, sit, stand, squat for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs

Excellent communication, negotiating, and customer service skills

Strong math skills & great computer skills

Account management or direct sales experience in farm equipment highly desirable; internships encouraged

Bachelor's degree in business or agricultural field preferred

SALARY $50,000 – $70,000 per year

LOCATION Ogallala, NE
