About the Company
Evolve Financial is an ex‑Farmer’s Agency in Orlando. We are rapidly growing and seeking two talented sales professionals who have an ambition and passion for selling insurance over the phone and attending networking opportunities.
Compensation Base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus competitive commission structure. Expected total compensation $60,000–$75,000, with top performers exceeding $90,000.
Responsibilities
Work 15–30 leads/day to quote and sell auto and home insurance
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Provide customers with a professional, high‑value experience
Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary customer service
Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
Work within our proprietary CRM to build your sales funnel
Follow up on and close your sales opportunities

Requirements
A valid 4‑80/4‑40/2‑20 license or willingness to get licensed prior to employment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
Explain differences in competition products
Great listening and closing skills
Maintain upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily
Willingness to learn and be coachable
Self‑starter; minimal micro‑management
Strong computer skills; ability to multitask within multiple quoting systems
Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Track record of sales success
Insurance sales: 1+ years (preferred but not mandatory)
Phone sales: 1+ years (preferred)
Bilingual encouraged
