Capitol Chevrolet is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong finance background and proven used car leadership experience. This role is critical to driving profitability, developing talent, and maximizing every opportunity on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize deal structure, gross, and lender relationships on every transaction
Desk deals, structure payments, and support the sales team throughout the process
Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and product knowledge
Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth, compliant, and profitable deal flow
Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and accountability
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance (F&I) experience
Minimum 2 years as a Used Car Manager
Proven ability to maximize deals while maintaining compliance
Experience training and motivating a sales team to hit volume and gross objectives
