Position Overview We are looking for Inside Sales Representative.
Must be available for evenings and weekends (initial shift hours: Monday-Friday 6:00pm-10:00pm and Saturdays 6:00pm-8:00pm, 3-4 days per week). Sundays closed.
Responsibilities
Luxury Prospect Engagement & Appointment Conversion – Handle high volume inbound/outbound interactions across phone, chat, and digital platforms (including RingCentral and Salesforce). Engage prospects with warmth, empathy, and authority to understand goals and challenges. Convert conversations into scheduled in‑person Hair Health Consultations, articulating the value of meeting with a Certified Hair Loss Specialist.
Collaborative Handoff & Relationship Building – Partner closely with Certified Hair Loss Specialists in assigned regions to ensure a seamless “warm handoff” from call center to in‑person consultation. Proactively follow up with prospects to confirm appointments, reinforce value, and sustain excitement. Reconnect with clients who paused or abandoned scheduling to re‑engage them with empathy.
Lead Nurturing & Follow‑Up Management – Monitor and follow up with all prospects who schedule online, call in, or submit interest forms. Maintain continuous outreach until successful appointment completed.
CRM Accuracy & Operational Excellence – Maintain precise documentation of prospect interactions, outcomes, notes in Salesforce. Uphold brand presentation and workspace standards. Participate in ongoing training to refine tone, communication, and conversion techniques.
Additional Responsibilities – White‑glove luxury‑level experience, in‑depth knowledge of HairClub services, partner with specialists, manage multiple communication channels, execute proactive outbound campaigns, maintain confidentiality, achieve/exceed appointment and attendance goals, contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must be available for evenings and weekends (initial shift hours as above).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strongly preferred.
3+ years luxury brand, consultative sales, or high‑end service experience (call center or hospitality).
Proven success in high‑touch client engagement and relationship development.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and RingCentral preferred.
Outstanding verbal communication, emotional intelligence, follow‑through.
Multi‑tasking, prioritizing, performing under time constraints.
Self‑motivated, coachable, driven by performance excellence.
