Payment Poster
for a
contract‑to‑hire

Key Responsibilities
Accurately post payments by interpreting EOBs and remittance statements
Enter payment data into the system with a high level of accuracy
Identify patient vs. payor responsibility while posting payments
Collaborate with AR and leadership teams to resolve posting questions
Maintain productivity in a high‑volume, data‑entry‑focused role
Minimize phone communication; most work is system‑based
Qualifications
Experience interpreting EOBs and explanation of payments
Understanding of accounts receivable workflows and collections processes
Strong data entry and numeric keypad skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable work history with demonstrated tenureComfortable working in a large, open office environment with noise
