The Role The team is hiring a hands‑on Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution across a growing product portfolio, including new AI offerings. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and the chance to shape how products are positioned, launched, and adopted. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to craft messaging, build campaigns, and drive market traction.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑velocity environment and is looking to step into a leadership path within the next 1-2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute GTM strategies for new products and feature releases
Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for target audiences
Partner with Product, Sales, and CS to equip teams with collateral, playbooks, and competitive insights
Support demand generation through content, webinars, conferences, and LinkedIn initiatives
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to guide strategy
Track and optimize marketing performance across channels
What You Bring
3-7 years in product marketing or related roles (SaaS, AI, or insurtech experience is a plus)
Strong storytelling and content creation abilities
Proven execution skills in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams without formal authority
Insurance knowledge is helpful but not required
Growth‑oriented mindset with interest in stepping into leadership
