to drive the success of Project MIE. In this role, you will be the primary architect of efficiency, responsible for optimizing workflows and leading our teams through critical technical and operational transitions. This is a hands‑on leadership position that combines process engineering with the people side of change.
You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and user adoption. By identifying “project champions,” designing engaging training, and utilizing your expertise in Workfront and SharePoint, you will ensure that new tools and processes aren’t just launched—they are embraced.
Responsibilities
Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Project MIE.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives, ensuring content is clear and engaging.
Strategically lead change management efforts, identifying potential roadblocks, proactively guiding stakeholders through transitions, and alleviating resistance to new processes and tools.
Design and execute effective communication strategies to ensure clear understanding and engagement across all stakeholders.
Support the implementation of technical best practices, with a focus on Workfront and SharePoint utilization, ensuring seamless integration into workflows.
Manage and facilitate pilot programs to test and refine project deliverables, gathering user feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify and cultivate anchor spots and project champions to build momentum and drive adoption.
Collaborate closely with the project team, actively soliciting and incorporating feedback to continuously improve project support and outcomes.
Qualifications
Proactive and skilled optimizer focused on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within complex project environments.
Strategic change management expertise, capable of navigating organizational transitions and cultivating project champions.
Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Workfront and SharePoint for workflow integration.
Detail‑oriented project management skills, managing pilot programs and iterating based on user feedback.
Demonstrated experience building relationships and working closely with cross‑functional project teams.
Superior communication skills, including designing clear strategies and delivering training that fosters engagement and adoption.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in process analysis and workflow optimization.
Proven track record in training development and instructional delivery.
Background in change management or organizational development preferred.
Proficiency in Workfront and SharePoint highly desired.
Critical Success Factors:
Adaptability and Proactivity: Identify roadblocks before they occur and guide stakeholders through change.
Feedback‑Driven Mindset: Constant commitment to soliciting and incorporating user feedback to refine deliverables.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with project teams to build momentum and drive long‑term adoption.
