Role: Sales Development / Business Development - Outbound Sales Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST USD Salary: $960 - $1,440 per month | $6 - $9 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) We are expanding our team and looking to bring on Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are motivated, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. This is not just another outbound role you'll be at the frontline of customer engagement, guiding both high-profile B2C creators and influencers (with audiences of 5M+ followers) and a rapidly growing B2B market that includes businesses, schools, and organizations in need of customized merchandise such as jerseys, company swag, and family reunion apparel. Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach. Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing excellent customer support and guidance. Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism. Build relationships with both high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Work collaboratively with the team, sharing learnings to foster growth and performance.
