Lead Maintenance Technician
About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to guide a small team. You’ll keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting equipment, supporting your team, and making sure everything meets quality standards. If you’re skilled with machines, love problem‑solving, and want a role where you can lead and work with your hands—this is for you!
Responsibilities
Lead and support a small team on 2nd shift
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Communicate with 1st shift to keep work flowing
Coach team members and ensure safety standards
Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Experience with CNC machines (preferred)
Leadership experience or ability to guide others
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift
Valid driver’s license

Monday–Friday schedule + optional Saturday shifts
