What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to enhance customer loyalty

Acquire new business in the US, Canada, and Mexico to expand market reach

Provide valuable feedback to product management to improve offerings

Manage and foster relationships with local sales partners to boost performance

Support local marketing activities, including participation in trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must have a technical background (MSc or equivalent)

At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics

Market knowledge in defense, medical, microscopy, semiconductor, and vision applications

Proven ability to identify new customers and build lasting relationships

Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with SAP and SAP CRM systems is a plus

Strong organizational skills and a friendly personality

Passion for sales and marketing, with a proactive approach to challenges
