Our Graduate Program is designed to equip ambitious, high‑potential graduates with the skills, experience, and network needed to thrive in the industry. Over the course of 18 months, the Graduate Analyst will rotate through three business areas, gaining hands‑on experience, working on impactful projects, and developing critical professional skills.

Possible Tasks within this Role Rotation 1 – Incentive Program Management This rotation focuses on analyzing and optimizing Audi’s retail incentive programs. The analyst will learn how financial incentives influence customer behavior, drive sales volume, and contribute to overall business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the ROI and effectiveness of current and proposed retail incentive programs.

Research and track competitor incentive programs to maintain a competitive market position.

Perform financial modeling to assess the projected impact of new or modified programs.

Prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing incentive performance and insights.

Maintain documentation and assist with audit preparation and program governance.

Rotation 2 – Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) & Pre‑Owned Vehicle Operations This rotation provides hands‑on experience with Audi’s Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) and broader pre‑owned vehicle business. The analyst will evaluate sales performance, inventory turnover, and pricing trends to support growth and profitability across the CPO network.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze CPO program performance, including sales volume, inventory turn, and warranty costs.

Research pre‑owned market trends, including auction activity and residual value fluctuations.

Support financial and marketing incentive analysis for the CPO portfolio.

Develop performance reports that provide actionable insights to regional and national teams.

Collaborate with remarketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for CPO business optimization.

Rotation 3 – Market Analysis & Forecasting This rotation centers on Audi’s national sales performance and market positioning. The analyst will build analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills by supporting strategic sales initiatives and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies.

Prepare and present sales performance dashboards summarizing key insights by model, region, and channel.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing and Finance to align sales plans with business objectives.

Support forecasting by gathering and analyzing sales and inventory data to project future demand.

Contribute to executive summaries and presentations for leadership decision‑making.

Qualification Requirements Preferred Degree : Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.

Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail.

Collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups.

Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Professionalism, initiative, and curiosity to learn.

Specialized Skills :

Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities.

Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and business intelligence tools.

Understanding of the automotive industry and commercial operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strategic storytelling.

Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
