As a Senior Support Provider, you’ll assist seniors with daily tasks and provide companionship that enhances their quality of life. Your responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include: Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and independence. Daily Living Support: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides to appointments, errands, or social activities. Companionship and Engagement: Sharing conversation and participating in activities that uplift clients’ spirits. Care Plan Adherence: Following detailed plans of care to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Professional Communication: Collaborating with families and care teams to provide seamless and effective care. What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance. A clean driving record. Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—comprehensive training is provided. Access to email and a mobile device for communication. A strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical care standards. Job Details
