Your Role as an Elder Care Specialist
Personal Care Assistance: Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
Home Management: Light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Transportation Services: Providing reliable rides for appointments, errands, or social activities.
Companionship and Engagement: Offering meaningful conversation and activities to reduce loneliness and uplift spirits.
Care Plan Adherence: Following tailored care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Professional Communication: Maintaining respectful, clear communication with families and the care team to ensure clients’ needs are met.
What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
A clean driving record
Prior experience in elder care or home care is preferred—training is provided
