Job Type: Full-time Pay: Commission: 8–10% (base + commission structure negotiable) Schedule: Monday–Friday + limited Saturdays Location: Boise / Treasure Valley (In-person)
Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, hungry Sales Representative who wants full control over their income. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We are far more interested in work ethic, coachability, and drive than resumes.
Compensation 8% commission on company-provided leads
10% commission on self-generated leads
Quarterly performance bonus:
Meet or exceed quarterly quota and earn an additional 1.5% of total gross sales for the quarter
No cap on earnings
Base + commission structure negotiable
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to sell and want their income directly tied to their effort and results.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and clients to provide estimates and close sales
Follow up consistently with prospects using provided systems
Generate your own leads through networking and referrals
Maintain accurate job and client records
Attend weekly sales meetings and training
Participate in networking groups and community events
Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company
Schedule
Monday–Friday availability required
1 Saturday per month (sales availability)
2 Saturdays per month during peak season (September–December)
If no estimates are scheduled, Saturday work is not required
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Sales experience preferred but not required
Training & Development
Structured onboarding and sales training
Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Quarterly sales book reading and skill development
Ride-alongs and performance feedback
