As a Beauty Merchandiser, you will ensure optimal sales floor merchandising, flawless execution, and maintain visual and operational standards for the Beauty department. You will focus on display updates, stockroom organization, and replenishment, supporting promotions and programs such as GWP, PWP, Open Sell, and Trend Recycling. What You’ll Do
Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way. Prioritize customer needs, address requests promptly and guide them to products. Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to create a clean, organized shop. Maintain knowledge of merchandise in open-sell areas to address inquiries. Install fixture and product display updates timely. Manage the Trend Recycling Collateral Program. Maintain stockroom organization and front‑of‑house tasks. Keep the department clean, including tester stations and fixtures. Monitor merchandise presentation in open‑sell and multi‑brand areas. Support GWP and PWP events, pre‑sale pickups, and promotional material organization. Execute the Dispose In Field process and dispose waste per regulations. Participate in inventory process and shortage prevention initiatives. Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures. Foster acceptance and respect among colleagues, customers, and communities. Who You Are
Strong visual merchandising skills and creativity. Previous visual or merchandising experience preferred. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Resourceful, eager to adapt to changing priorities, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Self‑starter, able to adapt to changing customer expectations. Ability to flex between tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy and timeliness. Comfortable communicating with diverse customers and peers. Must be able to:
Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
Essential Physical Requirements
Requires lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands, including:
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Reaching above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision.
