Position Mid Market Account Executive
Salary Base: $75,000–$85,000 per year. Target commission: $75,000–$85,000 (San Francisco Bay Area). Compensation elsewhere is based on market data.
Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Generate revenue from sales leads, inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections; build relationships with existing and potential customers; manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Prospect individually to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Engage daily with Salesforce, managing accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities following best practices.
Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
5+ years closing B2B software or solution sales in targeted accounts.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience hunting and developing a region or vertical, working closely with a sales team.
Ability to manage complex sales into mid‑market and Global 2000 organizations.
Results‑oriented approach that balances a proactive attitude with teamwork and collaboration.
Proven ability to execute call plans, conduct account‑planning sessions, and implement account strategies.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
