Outside Sales Representative
to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building lasting partnerships, and is driven to achieve results.
Compensation Base salary: $57,000 – $87,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. The role includes standard IRS mileage reimbursement, paid training, ongoing sales development, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more).
What You’ll Do
Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertise.
Spend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customers.
Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations.
Develop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetings.
Partner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfaction.
Represent premium, well‑known products backed by a trusted private company.
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of outside B2B sales experience within prospecting and/or building materials or construction industry.
Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
Knowledge of commercial building codes and blueprint interpretation preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
