Firm Description Clark & Green Associates is a mid‑sized landscape architecture firm located in Irvine, California with projects throughout the We believe in a strong environmental ethic and strive to create progressive design solutions.

We have been featured in numerous publications including Landscape Architecture Magazine. Our projects include master‑planned residential and golf communities, public parks, Disney Resort area, memorial park planning and design, habitat restoration and commercial projects.

We are currently working with Five Point Communities on their “Great Park” and “Valencia” neighborhoods, The Irvine Company on numerous master planned communities and several large projects in the master plan stage. Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated, creative designers who are deadline‑oriented, articulate, and responsive to a group design environment for our fast‑paced office. We have two positions available:

Landscape Designer This position includes working directly under the project managers in a supportive role conducting project research, creating schematic design presentations, 2D graphics, 3D digital models, construction documents, and presentation materials.

Irrigation Designer This position includes working with Project Managers and the Irrigation Director on various projects to design and create Irrigation Plans for projects ranging from model homes to large scale Master Plans. Applicant will be responsible for the production and the coordination of the Irrigation Plans, including field observations to verify irrigation compliance to plans.

All candidates must be permanent residents

Skills Required Requirements

To be able work well within a fast‑paced environment

Candidate must possess design skills at all levels including plan view, section, elevation, perspective renderings and sketches. (Landscape Designer position.)

Must have capability of preparing high‑quality design and graphic presentations in an efficient manner.

Must have a well‑rounded understanding of the basic principles of landscape architecture, including site design, grading and drainage, plant material, (local southern California plant knowledge an advantage), irrigation design, working drawings, construction materials and construction detailing.

Must have a well‑rounded understanding of the basic principles of irrigation and working knowledge of local water ordinances. (Irrigation Designer Position).

Must be able to communicate well, work well with others and be self‑motivated.

Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Capability in high‑resolution 3D computer graphics is preferable.

Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D is a plus.

Education Requirements Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited university.

Job Hours 8‑Hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Relocation Relocation is available to the right candidate.
