Develop and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs and CSMs Coordinate ongoing training sessions and maintain dashboards to track training completion rates Assist in curating and managing training materials such as playbooks and battlecards Serve as the first point of contact for SDR and CSM teams needing assistance with enablement tools and resources Track and report on enablement metrics to refine programs over time What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or training & development Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems like Salesforce Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement KPIs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with SDRs and CSMs Familiarity with methodologies such as Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC Ability to create engaging short‑form video content Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments Equal Opportunity Statement
