What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary enablement lead for all EMEA sales roles (SDR, AE, CAM, PSM), ensuring alignment between global programs and regional execution
Design and deliver continuous enablement programs focused on sales processes, tools, systems, and methodology adoption across EMEA
Partner with EMEA sales leadership to identify skill, process, and tool gaps, translating business needs into actionable enablement plans
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to localize global programs for the EMEA market and ensure consistency across segments
Track and analyze enablement program adoption and performance metrics to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales leadership, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
Experience designing and delivering enablement programs for multiple sales roles (SDR, AE, CAM, PSM) across regions
Proven success partnering with regional sales leadership to align enablement to go-to-market strategy and performance goals
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and sales application tools used in modern selling environments
Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills with the ability to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions
