What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and build impactful GTM enablement programs, continuously evolving them to drive performance and productivity

Collaborate with senior‑level EMEA GTM leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of enablement efforts

Define and manage success metrics for enablement, synthesizing insights from various data sources for strategy improvement

Lead optimization efforts for GTM tools and systems, addressing friction points and driving enhancements

Create feedback loops to identify opportunities for improvement and propose scalable solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field, ideally within a SaaS environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and drive actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Strategic and execution‑oriented mindset with a focus on driving results

Experience in managing and measuring the success of enablement programs
