What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain relationships with SLG Leaders, AEs, and Customer Success team members
Design, develop, and execute quarterly enablement program calendars for the SLG team
Coordinate and host SLG huddles, team trainings, and support offsite event planning
Disseminate timely business news and information across multiple functions and teams
Reinforce sales methodologies through training, call reviews, and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and project management skills, especially in managing events and programs
Ability to interpret and design training programs and reinforce sales methodologies
Experience with reporting, tracking training impact, and using reporting tools
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in SaaS or sales enablement roles is a plus
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
